Webcast Overview
ESSRX offers a variety of webcasting options to meet the communication needs and budget requirements of our clients. With hard wired, high speed internet connectivity at more than 115 Ruth's Chris Steak House and Mitchell's Fish Market venues nationwide, our clients can leverage our easy-to-set-up and reliable webcasting network. ESSRX webcasts can also be viewed simultaneously on thousands of personal computers for those who cannot make it to a local venue.
While our satellite programs continue to provide the most professional quality--a high definition image with state-of-the-art graphical features--ESSRX webcasting services, with a minimum data flow rate of 1 MB/sec, creates a new set of more cost efficient options for our clients. The Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Mitchell’s Fish Market venues are the first restaurant chain to have dedicated, hard-wired, high-speed internet connectivity.
Already outfitted to host a High-Definition Satellite program, these premier and private dining rooms also include:
- Hard-wired and dedicated internet connectivity which offers stability unavailable to wireless networks;
- Standard VGA and audio outputs to permit laptop connectivity to the installed projector or flat panel via wall jacks;
- Polycom conference phone with dedicated analog phone line.

Live Q&A
The last 30-45 minutes of most broadcasts are usually set aside for Q&A where your presenters answer questions submitted by the attendees from around the country. Questions are collected throughout the webcast via:
- an operator assisted toll-free number
- text message, and/or
- email
The questions are reviewed and fully vetted before they are sent to the panelists to be answered.
Following your webcast, ESSRX will provide you a full list of all the questions asked. These questions often provide our client with valuable insight about their audience and also lead to engaging enduring materials. On average, ESSRX clients receive 5.5 questions per location.

In addition to providing high quality meeting management, our event staff understands the importance of assisting our clients in adhering to CME or CE guidelines where necessary. With an average of 11 years of event experience, we have the expertise and experience to fully manage everything from food and beverage to audio-visual, to ensuring your live satellite broadcast runs smoothly and efficiently. Our event staff is also able to provide the “in-person touch” that may be missing from a meeting or event without a speaker present.

Audience Response Systems (ARS)
With the simple use of their cell phones, attendees can respond to questions via text message (similar to American Idol voting). The results are compiled and displayed during the webcast. Often, ESSRX clients will utilize ARS to determine the professional makeup of the audience and/or measure audience understanding of topics being presented.

More on ESSRX Flightpack
ESSRX’s Flightpack is designed to allow key speakers to present from their home or office. Take the production TO your speaker in order to ease travel requirements and conserve your budget.
Flightpack can be used to broadcast a speaker to any number of venues and to personal computers. In addition, Flightpack can be used in combination with a larger national program where you want to incorporate a speaker into the primary studio broadcast from a remote location. ESSRX’s Flightpack is designed to provide our clients with yet another level of production options.
ESSRX Flightpack contains everything required for a professional-looking broadcast—camera, microphone, encoder, cables, etc. In addition, an ESSRX-trained technician is on-site to run the equipment and help produce the remote broadcast. Sending a trained technician allows ESSRX to utilize camera equipment far superior to a traditional webcam—thereby making a significant difference in the quality of the broadcast.
