Total Health Rewards (THR) offers a variety of ways to provide medically-relevant incentives to healthcare professionals. If you do not see what you are looking for below, THR can customize a program to meet your unique needs.
THR Standard Certificate Program
Certificates are available in any dollar-value denomination and are redeemable for any medically-relevant educational item or textbook in our full line, PhRMA-compliant catalog. Recipients of this kind of certificate can combine it with other THR Standard certificates they have received from other programs. This certificate works just like a certificate from a retail stores or catalogs–except that our catalog is comprised only of medically-relevant educational items, medical software and medical textbooks. The flexibility of this kind of certificate makes it our most popular offering among healthcare professionals.
THR certificates are redeemable online (at www.totalhealthrewards.com) or via fax or US mail. Our customer service department is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST to assist healthcare professionals.
All certificates issued by THR are personalized to the recipient and reference the event they participated in. You should consider the certificate to be a follow-up "touch point." Several certificate types are customizable with a client's logo.
THR Item-Specific Certificate
If you would like to make available a limited selection of medically-relevant educational items and/or textbooks for a specific program, THR will custom design an "Item-Specific" certificate program. These certificates are only redeemable for one item from a pre-approved offering.
THR will build a co-branded, program-specific website for certificate redemption for each program at no additional cost!
THR Textbook only Certificate via TextbookHealth.com
To meet the needs of clients who want to offer a combinable certificate to HCPs, but would like to limit the offering to medical textbooks, THR launched TextbookHealth.com in December 2007. This program offers recipients of a TextbookHealth certificate the opportunity to choose from thousands of the latest medical textbooks. These certificates can be combined with other TextbookHealth certificates but are not combinable with THR Standard Certificates.
