Our clients have found the benefits of satellite broadcast communication programs to be extensive. Some of these benefits include:
- The perfect opportunity to broadcast top speakers and key opinion leaders to the constituents you most want to reach
- Great attendance--as the audience will be significantly higher when the presenter(s) is nationally recognized and the audience can communicate directly with the national presenter(s)
- The message is well controlled at the studio, providing a coordinated, regulated message
- Full interactivity with the studio is available:
- Question and answer through email, texting and phone
- Audience response through cell phones
- HD broadcast creates an excellent opportunity for enduring materials
- Excellent vehicle for training sales representatives and other key internal constituents on products
Sending a high-definition broadcast signal at a speed of 17MB/sec removes any chance of buffering or freezing in your presentation. Your attendees are viewing a state-of-art production with amazing clarity.
Listed below are additional features of ESSRX satellite broadcasts. Click on anyone of them to learn more.
Live Q&A
The last 30-45 minutes of most broadcasts are usually set aside for Q&A where your presenters answer questions submitted by the attendees from around the country. Questions are collected throughout the broadcast via:
- an operator assisted toll-free number
- text message, and/or
- email
The questions are reviewed and fully vetted before they are sent to the panelists to be answered.
Following your broadcast, ESSRX will provide you a full list of all the questions asked. These questions often provide our client with valuable insight about their audience and also lead to engaging enduring materials. On average, ESSRX clients receive 5.5 questions per location.

In addition to providing high quality meeting management, our event staff understands the importance of assisting our clients in adhering to CME or CE guidelines where necessary. With an average of 11 years of event experience, we have the expertise and experience to fully manage everything from food and beverage to audio-visual, to ensuring your live satellite broadcast runs smoothly and efficiently. Our event staff is also able to provide the “in-person touch” that may be missing from a meeting or event without a speaker present.

Audience Response Systems (ARS)
With the simple use of their cell phones, attendees can respond to questions via text message (similar to American Idol voting). The results are compiled and displayed during the broadcast. Often, ESSRX clients will utilize ARS to determine the professional makeup of the audience and/or measure audience understanding of topics being presented.

Simultaneous Webcast
For your key constituents who are unable to attend the live event, ESSRX can transmit the program via the internet as a webcast so that it can be viewed, and participated in, on a personal computer. Cell technology will allow webcast attendees as well to participate in ARS and Q&A! ESSRX can expand the reach of a program by making it available online simultaneously.
|
Online Registration
Your invited attendees and/or sales representatives can register for a satellite or webcast program via an ESSRX designed and hosted online registration system. Attendees receive confirmation emails upon registering for a program and receive a reminder email 24-48 hours before the program date. A full complement of registration reports can be generated in real time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On-Camera Training for Presenters
Live satellite broadcasts can present challenges for even the most seasoned presenters. Knowing when to look at the camera instead of at a fellow panelist is an example of a subtle talent that separates a good presenter from a convincing one. ESSRX’s primary broadcast host, and former Fox News Channel anchor, Laurie Dhue is available to help prepare your presenters. She will offer guidelines for dynamic presentation delivery and share tips from her 17 years in the broadcasting industry.
