Compliance
The PhRMA Guidelines and OIG Guidelines resulted in enhanced focus on the provision of medically-relevant items to healthcare professionals. Pharmaceutical companies, meeting companies and medical education companies appreciate the importance of a medically-relevant incentive to encourage attendance, as well as appropriate compliance. THR provides insight into best practices throughout the industry as it relates to compliance. THR's flexible custom certificate and order processing system meets the compliance rules for many different clients and programs.

Once the rules and regulations are established for a program, we will configure our system to make sure that healthcare professionals only receive what has been approved by the pharmaceutical company. THR can handle various rules for different programs and can also handle different rules for healthcare professionals practicing in specific states within the same program.
