Web-based A/V Equipment Ordering
AV Solutions (AVS) has designed, with the help of outside meeting planners, a state-of-the-art web-based interface for you to place orders for your A/V needs. Each client has a customized website with an a la carte menu and prices for each piece of equipment. AVS can also set up ready-made "packages" for a series of meetings where all of the same equipment is being ordered.
Our website will track every order placed and any modifications made to the order. Email notifications are automatically generated from our system to inform the appropriate contact of any order modifications. Our clients rely heavily on the reports from our system to, among other things, see scheduled meetings and track A/V spend.
AVS can also integrate our ordering system into your meeting planning system as/if appropriate.
