Jack Roberts
Senior Broadcast Producer/Creative Director

Jack Roberts joined ESSRX as a fulltime producer in 2010. Prior to joining ESSRX, Jack ran his own film production company and worked as a Producer/Director for Mars Needs Film and Brand Cinema NYC, producing and directing commercials for major national and international brands.

Jack also has10+ years of experience facilitating live events for a variety of corporate clients including; Johnson & Johnson, BP, GE and McNeil Pharmaceuticals.

As Senior Broadcast Producer, Roberts manages all the in-studio elements associated with complete state-of-the-art studio production and professional broadcasts. All the technical and moving parts of pre-production, production and post-production are seamlessly coordinated and proficiently executed, delivering a turn-key solution to our clients.



William Brown
Senior Broadcast Producer

William is an Emmy and Telly award-winning executive producer and director with over 30 years experience producing live network news, corporate media production, national and international satellite broadcasts/webcasts, and a variety of live special events. William’s background also includes event and broadcast production at b2media, C2 Creative both in New York, and at Dyventive Events, in Philadelphia. In addition, William worked as the Department Head of Sanofi Aventis Pharmaceuticals’ studios.

William’s varied background allows him some flexibility at ESSRX. He can step in to produce a variety of programs; satellite broadcasts, webcasts, on-locations shoots, etc. and he can also sell all of these services. William’s technical skills and sales experience offer a valuable and unique combination.

William received a BS in biology from the University of Kansas.



Dana M. Cabral
Executive Producer

Dana was one of the first employees of ESSRX beginning with working on the audio-visual coordination side of the business. She was instrumental in AV coordination in conjunction with satellite broadcasts and was promoted to Director of Operations. Her critical eye and analytical ability developed many of the standard operating procedures that are in place today. Dana has managed several aspects of services that ESSRX offer – such as Registrars and Registration websites.

Dana was recently promoted to Executive Producer where her attention to detail, customer service, and background will surely put clients at ease and know they are working with a qualified professional.

Prior to joining ESSRX, Dana spent 7 years in the medical education industry where her focus was in program and project management.

Dana received her undergraduate degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies, with a concentration in Commercial Recreation & Tourism from Montclair State University (Montclair, NJ).



Samantha Johnson
Executive Producer

Samantha was actually a client of ESSRX before joining the team as an Executive Producer in September 2009.

During Samantha’s first 18 months at ESSRX, she executive produced more than 15 satellite and webcast programs for pharmaceutical, medical device and financial services clients. Her production experience with ESSRX makes her uniquely qualified, in her business development role, to work with our clients and help them determine the “right” combination of ESSRX offerings to match their communication goals. Samantha makes her clients goals and objectives her own and works tirelessly to see them realized.

Prior to joining ESSRX, Samantha spent 10 years in the medical education industry focusing in account management for a variety of therapeutic categories.

Samantha earned her undergraduate degree in Pre-Medical Science from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University (Washington DC).



Brenda Leopardi
Executive Producer

Brenda Leopardi was the first ESSRX Executive Producer and helped to implement the detail-oriented and client-focused approach that is the signature of ESSRX productions. In a business development role, Brenda is able to leverage her vast experience with every aspect of a variety of broadcast types to help ESSRX clients plan the right program for their budget and their communication needs.

There is no detail that Brenda does not believe should be figured out in advance. Brenda provides a lot of comfort to our clients and they never wonder if they are in capable hands.

Brenda started her career in event planning and management in 1990 and worked her way to serve as the Vice President of Operations at Boron, LePore & Associates (now Cardinal Health) and then as a Vice President of Corporate Operations at Cardinal Health. Immediately prior to her joining ESSRX, Brenda was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Access Communications.



Tracy Stephenson
Executive Producer

Tracy Stephenson joined the ESSRX team in September 2009 serving in several areas of the company as Senior Project Manager and Production Manager before being promoted to Executive Producer.

Prior to joining ESSRX, Tracy spent over 15 years in the medical education industry focusing on project and account management for a variety of therapeutic categories. Her vast knowledge of the medical education industry in combination with her satellite broadcast and webcast production experience makes her a valuable asset to the ESSRX team. Tracy’s attention to detail and ability to understand her client’s needs allows her to implement high quality broadcasts.

Tracy earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration and Marketing at Bergen Community College (Paramus, NJ) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications focusing on television production from William Paterson University (Wayne, NJ).



John Dajnowski
Executive Director, Webcasting

John joined the team at ESSRX late in 2011, tasked with developing the flagshup ESSRX Webcasting solution available today. John combines over 15 years of experience in live event production with 10 years of focus on Virtual Events, most specifically Webcasting.

Before joining ESSRX, John began his career in technology working on live corporate events and meetings with many top Fortune 500 corporations in the areas of Pharmaceutical, Financial and Technology. He was quickly promoted to a position as Director of Event Technology where he was responsible for a team of production managers while traveling to oversee the successful course of numerous client programs.

John transitioned to Virtual Meetings and Webcasting technology in the mid 2000’s and has since been dedicated to providing reliable, high quality webcasts by staying on top of the latest and greatest technology available.

John earned his B.S. in Finance from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA prior to embarking on his career in Technology.



Dan Francis
Webcast Event Manager

Dan joined ESSRX in the spring of 2012. He brings over 20 years of live event and media production experience from the Pharmaceutical, Financial, and High Tech sectors. His technical abilities are accompanied by his management skills and ability to bring confidence and success to any production.

Prior to joining ESSRX, Dan held the positions of Webcast Producer and Production Manager. He also taught as an Adjunct Professor for media production and has given expert witness testimony in the court of law as an Audio/Visual Forensic Analyst.

Dan earned his B.A. in English and Communications from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA with a concentration in video and radio production.



Anthony Magnus
Director of Program Development

Anthony Magnus joined the ESSRX team in January of 2013 bringing with him over 20 years of organizational leadership and management experience.

Prior to joining ESSRX, Anthony spent the last 13 years at MedConference LLC, a leading provider of live direct-to-physician web conferencing solutions to the Life Sciences industry. Serving in various roles during his tenure at MedConference, Anthony spent the last nine years developing all project management processes for the web conference business, and created the Program Development department from the ground up. Anthony’s background also includes significant experience in organizational leadership, employee development, as well as adult learning.

Anthony’s experience, organizational skills, and drive havehelped him successfully develop and fully integrate the web conferencing division within a matter of weeks after joining ESSRX.

Anthony earned his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Burlington County Community College (Pemberton, NJ) and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Widener University (Chester, PA).
