Healthcare professional incentive reporting, for compliance and/or for spend-tracking purposes, is a critical component of honoraria and fulfillment services. Total Health Rewards (THR) provides routine reports to our clients in the formats required and according to a schedule that fits their unique needs. Our clients rely on THR's reporting to meet a variety of needs including, but not limited to:

Compliance
The PhRMA Guidelines and OIG Guidelines resulted in enhanced focus on the provision of medically-relevant items to healthcare professionals. Pharmaceutical companies, meeting companies and medical education companies work with THR to balance the benefit of an appropriate and approved incentive to encourage attendance and the critical need to adhere to internal compliance policies. THR provides insight into best practices throughout the industry as it relates to compliance. THR's flexible custom certificate and order processing system meets the compliance rules for many different clients and programs. Once the rules and regulations are established for a program, we will configure our system to make sure that healthcare professionals only receive what has been approved by the pharmaceutical company.
